What is Ipamorelin/Sermorelin?
Ipamorelin and Sermorelin are growth hormone-releasing peptides (GHRPs) that work synergistically to naturally stimulate your body’s own production of human growth hormone (HGH). Unlike synthetic HGH, these peptides encourage your pituitary gland to release HGH at physiologic levels, supporting healthy metabolism, cellular repair, and overall vitality.
Sermorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that signals the pituitary to produce and release HGH. It supports lean muscle development, fat metabolism, and overall metabolic health.
Ipamorelin is a growth hormone secretagogue that mimics the action of ghrelin, stimulating a smooth and steady increase in HGH without affecting cortisol, prolactin, or hunger levels. It’s one of the most selective and well-tolerated GHRPs available.
When combined, Sermorelin and Ipamorelin provide a powerful, natural approach to restoring optimal HGH levels safely and effectively.

Is This Therapy Safe?
When used as prescribed under medical supervision, Ipamorelin/Sermorelin therapy is considered safe and well tolerated. These peptides mimic natural hormone pathways to restore healthy HGH function without the risks of synthetic hormone therapy.
This therapy should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always discuss your medical history and medications with your provider prior to beginning therapy.
How Does It Work?
Sermorelin: Stimulates the pituitary gland to produce and secrete natural HGH, supporting growth, metabolism, and cellular renewal.
Ipamorelin: Works through ghrelin receptor activation, enhancing HGH pulse release and prolonging its natural effects.
Together, these peptides increase circulating HGH levels safely, leading to improved recovery, energy, body composition, and overall well-being.

There are certain spots on your body where subcutaneous injections should be given. These tend to be places where you can easily access the subcutaneous (fatty areas) under the skin and the needle will not come too close to muscle or bone. The best site is:
You may not be a pro the first time you give yourself a subcutaneous injection. Your hands may be shaky and you may be nervous. Take a few deep breaths - it will get easier the more times you do it. Find what works for you. In general:
We provide fluids and nutrients from a pharmacy that we administer through a catheter in your arm into your veins. IVs work by rapidly replenishing fluids, electrolytes and vitamins. An IV delivers 100% of the ingredients directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the gastrointestinal tract, which both slows absorption and diminishes the potency of the ingredients.

Water is free-fluid, meaning that it does not have electrolytes in it. Also, water has to be absorbed through your digestive tract, so it takes time for water to restore your fluid balance. IV fluids go directly into your bloodstream and contain necessary electrolytes to replace what you have lost.
