The minimum age for our IV and injection services is 14.
If you are between the ages of 14 and 17, please email us at contact@iowaiv.com before scheduling an appointment, to request Iowa IV's prescription template for your healthcare provider to complete.
Pregnancy or Breastfeeding Disclaimer:
If you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, please email us at contact@iowaiv.com before scheduling an appointment to request Iowa IV's prescription template for your OB or midwife to complete, as there are limitations for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
IV Duration:
The 20 minute booking period is for our staff to get your IV started before our next appointment arrives. A typical liter IV takes around 30-45 minutes.
